Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations

The Port Arthur Fire Department has scheduled the Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations – NFA Course for March 9 & 10, 2013 (16 Hours)

The Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations (formerly Managing Company Tactical Operations: Tactics) curriculum is designed to meet the needs of Company Officers responsible for managing the operations. The curriculum consists of three separate and independent courses: MCTO: Preparation; MCTO: Decision making; and Strategy and Tactics for Initial Company Operations (STICO).  STICO is designed to develop the management skills needed by Company Officers to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.
