The Sabine-Neches Chief’s Association recognized Pat Grimes and Clem Stinebrinkner at the Wednesday, August 3, 2011 meeting for their creation of the SNCA data base for Special Needs Tracking during Hurricane Rita for repatriation and also for merging the collected data into State of Texas data base. The International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) recognized the State of Texas Emergency Tracking Network for its cooperative data-sharing project. The Sabine-Neches Chief’s Association was one of the original participants of the 6 organizations listed who participated in the Network. Congratulations!
