The Port Arthur Police Traffic Enforcement Unit will be holding a two day Radar/Lidar certification course. The class will be 16 hours of TCLEOSE credit through the regional police academy. There are limited openings. NOTE: Contact Becky at 983 8673 to reserve your spot. Class dates are January 17-18 2012 from 7:30 AM till 4:30 Pm. Officers should bring the radar/Lidar they use on a regular basis to class on the second day if possible.
